Your 28-day plan looks like this:

PREP WEEK
• Blood work at local clinic.
• Receive personalized meal plan + grocery list.
• First coaching session! During this call, we will set your goals and go over all the essentials.
WEEK 1+ WEEK 2
• Two-day detox (phase 1).
• Phase 2 (A.K.A strict phase)
*During phase two you will follow your meal plan and 8 simple rules. Sorry babe, that means no treats or wine, it also means no working out! You will literally lose weight without breaking a sweat.
*Just a heads up, every meal requires the love and prep of your own two hands (unless you have a personal chef or special someone to cook). Your list will offer a wide variety of foods, but limits you to eating out, and 97% of anything packaged.
*Even though phase two is strict it becomes very lovable. The structure that this phase offers is easily integrated into your everyday life. Phase two creates a cozy familiar routine that generates results you will love.
*P.S. this is the phase where all the fat melts right off your body.
• Second & third coaching session.
• Nutrition and wellness handouts plus videos.
• Yummy recipes.

WEEK 3 + WEEK 4
• Phase 3: Time to experiment. Enjoy a glass of wine and incorporate some of your favorite cheat meals. Experimenting with some of your meals is the only way to truly distinguish which foods have been draining your energy.
